POP Email Settings

POP Access Settings

You can setup your teco.org email as standalone POP account or link to your Yahoo mail account.  Please contact your systems engineer for a new account.

To read and send your TECO Email from an external email client (such as Evolution or Outlook), you'll need to configure the incoming (POP) and outgoing (SMTP) server settings. You can usually find these settings in your program's Tools or Preference menu.

Important: Do not delete your incoming mail settings

If you're already receiving mail from another mail server (such as mail at your ISP), you'll need to add a new POP account (sometimes called a "profile" or "personality"). However, if your program allows you to receive mail from only one POP server at a time, be sure to write down your current settings before replacing them.
